Almond Chilli Rocks
Ingredients:Almonds toasted: 1 cupDark choclate: 1 cupDried Cranberries: 1/3 cupsChilli powder: pinch
1. Melt the chocolate in a clean bowl in a microwave oven along with the butter.2. Fold in the almonds and cranberries into the melted chocolate.3. Grease a tray with oil. 4. Using a spoon to drop 1 tbsp of the mixture on the tray to form individual portions of Almond Rocks.5.Alternately, you can spoon the mixture into small moulds or small paper cups 6.Chill until set.
Curry Leaves Almonds
Toasted almonds: 60 gmsOlive oil: 1 tspPoha: 1/4 cupMustard seeds: 1 tspCurry leaves: 6Turmeric powder: pinch bigKasoori methi: pinch
Steps:1. In a bowl or micro wave, toast the poha for 2 minutes until crisp. Transfer into a clean bowl.2. Heat oil and roast almonds. Keep aside. 3.
