You don’t have to “eat healthy” by sticking to fruits for dessert. Most fruits are going to be a negative when it comes to your keto diet anyway. The list of keto approved fruitsisn’t very long.
What’s great is that there are so many different keto recipes that you can easily find a substitute for whatever your favorite dessert is and it won’t knock you out of ketosis.
