What is Blue tea?

Blue tea, or butterfly pea flower tea, is a caffeine-free herbal drink that is made by seeping dried or fresh leaves of the Clitoria ternatea plant. The tea was first introduced in the South East Asian countries and the deep blue colour of the flower has been traditionally used to make dye in many countries.
